I have been wanting to make one of the INH purses or wallets. I'm amazed that the entire purse is sewn and zipper put in all in the embroidery hoop. Sam is leaving tomorrow to pick up Corbin so I thought I would make one of these and send to Barbi. I should be ashamed to give her my first one, she gets the practice one. lol I see many of these in my future. They would make great makeup bags, for a cell phone, coupons and anything that you might want in it's own bag in your purse for easy finding. I bought these jeans years ago and they never fit, still had the tags on them. This was such a fun apron to make. Simply cut the back off the jeans. Sewed some Rick Rack along the bottom. Attached the flowers. Made a waist band and placed through the 3 belt loops, made sure I had equal amounts of band on each side and sewed the band done on each side at the end of the jeans. I love how it turned out what say you. Here is the quilt I made for my son-in-laws birthday. It's very soft and will be very warm. It was made using 3 layers of cozy flannel. I used white in the middle so it would peek out from middle of the ragging. It was a chore to make this one. It had to be in the mail no later than Wednesday for him to have it on Friday which is his birthday. Teach me to wait until the last minute. I was so sick Sunday and Monday and most of Tuesday. I usually can make one in a day and half but not while worshiping the toilet. lol It almost covers a king size bed. So it should be a good size for him to cuddle with while watching tv.
