Good Morning! It's time for my posting for Silhouette Challenges. This month is (Advent Calendar). Silhouette has this fabulous Frame Advent Calendar. I knew I wanted to purchase this. I can swap out the count down for any holiday. I can also use it to display pictures etc. Since we are approaching Christmas I wanted to do naturally a Christmas theme. I did not use the free files that came with the frame. I used a Samantha Walker file. Each insert card is black on the the back for writing a note etc. You could also add git cards, candy etc behind the cards. I love how it turned out. What say you? They measure 10 inches tall and 8 1'2 inches wide. I ordered the wire to make the Halo's but it did not arrive yesterday as scheduled so I could not get them added. Happy Saturday Everyone! I know I'm posting a lot for Silhouette Challenges. With a Holiday Home Decor as the challenge how could I not? I love doing anything 3D and it is approaching the holidays. I also wanted to make some snowmen for a Facebook Challenge. So this morning I have you this adorable Cylinder Snowman. I decided to use the same green tones for the hat and scarf as Mary did on hers. I just loved the look it gave instead of a black hat and traditional red scarf. I embossed his mittens, I think the flowers actually look like snowflakes. I love how he turned out. What say you? Good Morning Everyone! I posting for Silhouette Challenges "Holiday Home Decor" Challenge. POST IS PHOTO HEAVY Check out my FABULOUS!!! Spider O’Lantern-In-A-Box! Pam and I were talking one day via the phone and she ran across a box someone did with a pumpkin popping out of a box. I knew that moment that I would have to design one. You can see the inspiration HERE . I wanted a large box with a scene on the top and a HUGE SPIDER that would POP UP when you opened the lid. Box was made using heavy weight chipboard and the hinge method. I designed the box at 9.25 wide, 7.25 deep and 4.25 high. The spider inside was actually a bowl that I edited the file to make a closed box. I love, love, love this box.  What say you. Good Morning Everyone! It's time for another challenge over at 2 Creative Chicks  and Silhouette Challenges For this challenge I made a couple of Punched Tin Cans which fit both challenges. I have been wanting to try this for sometime.  I used a couple Rhinestone files and a ghost card that I took the ghost and made a Rhinestone file, from the Silhouette Store for the designs and punch the holes with the Crop-A-Dile II Big Bite Punch.
