Silhouette Challenges Ch# 18 "Holiday Home Decor" (Spider O’Lantern-In-A-Box)

Good Morning Everyone!

I posting for Silhouette Challenges "Holiday Home Decor" Challenge.

Spider O’Lantern-In-A-Box!

Pam and I were talking one day via the phone and she ran across a box someone did with a pumpkin popping out of a box. I knew that moment that I would have to design one. You can see the inspiration HERE.

I wanted a large box with a scene on the top and a HUGE SPIDER that would

POP UP when you opened the lid.

Box was made using heavy weight chipboard and the hinge method.

I designed the box at

9.25 wide, 7.25 deep and 4.25 high.

The spider inside was actually a bowl that I edited the file to make a closed box.

I love, love, love this box.
