2 Creative Chicks Mother's Day Challenge Mid Post

Good morning my dear friends.
I hope each of you had a wonderful weekend.
I sure did. I was able to accomplish a lot.

It's my turn over at 2 Creative Chicks for one of our
Challenge Mid Postings.

This morning I have you a Coupon Organizer
I made for my Mother-In-Law.

It made it like a mini in that I used chip board for the front, middle and back.
Which I covered with this really cute pattern that I flooded fill the card stock with.

I found a tutorial on YouTube by
Follow the Paper Trail for the Organizer with expandable pockets.
I modified mine a little.

I still need to add the labels to the tabs which are set down in the pockets instead of
sticking out over the edge. However, my batteries are dead for the label maker and
hubby and I both agreed that we dd not need to get dressed just to go get batteries. lol

The front cover I kept flat, so it could be easily carried in her purse
and she would not have to worry about something falling off.

When you open the organizer you have a place for a shopping list on the left and then
to the right a pocket holder which when opened expands with 6 slots labeled for Receipts.

Turning the page you will find a pocket holder on both the left and right.
Left is labeled for Food and Right Non-Food. Again, both pockets
when opened expand to six slots.

I added the magnet closure and a ribbon for opening.

Labels are set in, instead of out and expand for 6 slots

Back is kept flat as the front.

So head on over and link up your Mother's Day project now

  19. What a marvelous project this is! I need two of them - one for me and one for my traveling husband who eats on the road a few times a week. We both use coupons and he has to keep receipts, so this is perfect!
