Dr. Seuss Inspired Birthday Card

Good afternoon my bloggie friends. Today I have for you a
Dr. Seuss inspired card.

The pic does not do it justice. I had to turn the card to keep the light from reflecting on all the Glossy Accents. The colors are MUCH brighter than they appear here. The card is somewhat large, measuring 8.5 inches.

It's a shaped card. I aligned the images together to form the shape then copied. flipped and welded.

The orange on the flames and lighter color on candles are covered in Glossy Accents. Embossed the top layer and added Glossy Accents to each dot. Added Glitter the the 3rd layer. The 1st and 3rd layer I used scrap paper for the DCWV The Celebration Stack, it has a shinny surface. Again, WAY cuter than the pic.
